Shipping policy

At Nocile, we know that choosing pieces to enhance your interior is a pleasure in itself. Therefore, we ensure that the delivery is just as enjoyable, with a clear and reassuring process from the very first order.

Our shipments are currently limited to addresses located in France. Shipping is fully covered by Nocile: no additional fees are added at checkout. Each item is carefully prepared in our workshop to arrive at your home in the best conditions.

Preparation times
Our teams pack and prepare orders within 1 to 2 business days. Items only leave our workshop once they are perfectly ready.

Transport duration
Once shipped, your order generally takes 3 to 7 business days to reach you.

Estimated total time
In most cases, you will receive your package between 4 and 9 business days after your purchase.

Shipping deadline
Orders placed before 4 PM (GMT+01:00), Central European Time (Paris), from Monday to Saturday, are prioritized for shipping as quickly as possible.

As soon as your package leaves our premises, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking link. You can then follow its journey to your door. Sometimes, certain shipments may take a little longer, especially during very busy periods or in case of logistical issues. If this happens, we will keep you informed.
