We want you to be satisfied with your Nocile purchase. But if that's not the case, our returns procedure is simple and stress-free.

You have 60 days from the delivery date of your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with all their packaging. We never charge restocking fees: you get exactly what you see, including in our returns policy.

To start a return procedure, contact us at info@nocile-shop.com stating your order number, and our team will guide you through the process. Return costs are payable by the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the parcel reaches us safely.

If you would like to exchange an item, simply let us know when you contact us and we will help you find the right option.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund you via your original payment method within 7 working days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need a few extra days to process the transfer.
