Shipping policy

At Nocile, we know that choosing pieces to enhance your home is a pleasure in itself. We make sure that delivery is just as enjoyable, with a clear and reassuring process from your very first order.

Our deliveries are currently limited to addresses within UK. Shipping is fully covered by Nocile: no additional costs are added at checkout. Each item is carefully prepared in our workshop to ensure it arrives to you in the best possible condition.

Preparation times
Our teams pack and prepare orders within 1 to 2 working days. Items only leave our workshop once they are perfectly ready.

Transit time
Once dispatched, your order generally takes 3 to 7 working days to reach you.

Estimated total delivery time
In most cases, you will receive your parcel between 4 and 9 working days after your purchase.

Dispatch cut-off time
Orders placed before 4pm (GMT+01:00), Central European Time (Paris), Monday to Saturday, are processed as a priority so they can be dispatched as quickly as possible.

As soon as your parcel leaves our premises, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking link. This allows you to follow its journey right to your door. Occasionally, some deliveries may take a little longer, particularly during busy periods or in the event of logistical issues. Should this happen, we will keep you informed.
